упр. методы Тагучи [Тагути\] (методы контроля качества, которые позволяют протестировать уровень качества будущего продукта еще на стадии его разработки; подход Тагучи предусматривает использование диаграмм, позволяющих найти оптимально необходимое число испытаний нового продукта, которые должны проводиться, начиная с первого этапа работ над ним; после завершения опытных исследований устанавливается оптимальный уровень и степень важности каждой переменной с учетом неконтролируемых факторов; на основе полученных данных разрабатываются эффективные процедуры процесса разработки нового продукта, позволяющие впоследствии его стандартизировать, а статистический контроль качества и процесса разработки используются только для наблюдения и контроля за качеством и процессом разработки в заранее выявленных критических точках; подход предполагает также построение функции потери качества (построена на базе финансовых показателей): потери включают затраты на утилизацию бракованной продукции и затраты покупателя в случае плохого качества продукции; функция используется для оценки решений в процессе разработки нового продукта и позволяет определить, будут ли оправданы дополнительные производственные затраты, обычно используется на последней стадии процесса разработки нового продукта, при условии проведения предварительной оптимизации процесса; с конца пятидесятых годов методы Тагучи получили широкое распространение в японских компаниях, с восьмидесятых годов стали широко применяться в американских компаниях, напр., в Xerox, Ford, ITT и др.)Syn:See:
